I have now set up a British Bird Gallery birds to record birds I have seen in the UK and have managed to take a reasonable photograph in the wild somewhere.
The Gallery can be found via this link. I will record male, female, juvenile/immature and chick for each species if I have the photos available. There are three sub-galleries, 'Wildfowl to Bustards', 'Waders to Martins' and 'Pipits to Buntings' in family order, in accordance with my Collins Bird Guide, with oldest groups first.
